Updated GUI available in Q2
Over the past twelve months, we’ve been gathering feedback with a view to improving the GUI (graphical user interface) of our MWS CSAT and MWS DigiDesk applications, and are pleased to announce the launch of the new, all improved, skin will be replacing the current DigiDesk GUI for Q2, 2018. The facelift will be going live over the weekend of 31st of March – 1st April, and an advanced preview of the upgraded GUI will be on show at CC Expo 2018.

We’ve introduced a new CSAT survey design for 2018, with improved branding options, increased flexibility, and a wider choice of question types and scales.
You can now access your Customer Reviews via our platform, from Trust Pilot and Trip Advisor, with a new set of real-time review tracking widgets.
We’ve fully integrated our DigiDesk and CSAT platforms, to enable full contact management across voice, email, chat and social media channels.
Don’t worry! On the 1st of April, your existing username & password will not change and all of your existing wallboards will still remain.
